Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?

Yes, of course. We welcome our customers to contact us for OEM/ODM. We can not only customize the product logo for you but also design the packaging box and product ID according to your requirements.

What are your terms of payment?

We usually accept payment by T/T or L/C. Pay 50% in advance, and we will start production. After paying the balance, we will ship the order.

How do we place an order?

Please kindly send us an email specifying the item, quantity, color, or other specifications to place an order.

What is the product warranty?

We offer a 3-month warranty for cartridges and a 6-month warranty for batteries. If the product is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

What should I do in case of a return?

We do not accept returns if there is no problem with the product. If it is because of the product, we will provide technical support and corresponding after-sales service.

What is the lead time?

1) Sample Order: Within 1 working day.
2) Wholesale Orders: 3 working days for small orders, 5~7 working days for bulk orders with no customer logo.
3) OEM Order: 7~15 working days according to different craftsmanship and quantity.

What is the MOQ for OEM?

The MOQ for all products is 1,000pcs for each flavor. (For quantities less than 1,000pcs, please contact us directly).

Do your products conform to our standards?

Yes, our products can pass the required tests, such as CE/RoHS/FCC/TPD/ISO9001/ISO14001/GMP, etc.

How do you control the quality?

We have a reliable and strict quality control system with 100% full process inspection before shipping. Third-party inspections are also acceptable.

How do you handle customs clearance issues?

The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any local storage fees assessed during the customs clearance process. If the fees are not paid within the stipulated time period allowed for standard customs clearance in your country, the package will be returned to our warehouse. The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
